#4) ok. i dont mean to sound like a complete and total jerk but. are you kidding me really? so thats like sending out a group of people to kill the locness monster, when we have no idea if its alive or ever even exsisted. you can ban anything  youve never read! i mean really its said u cant judge a book by its cover, well you cant! many surprises are found in books and just cause it has a contervercial story line dosent mean its going to be a bad book that should be banned. i mean if this were true one look at the bible and i would have burned it. i hated the idea of a storybook religon. but i read the first chapter or whatver you call it and i was akwardly surprised though i didnt belive the story it had good morals and i liked the idea. i didnt convert nor do i preech this story but everyone in awhile i think of it and am impressed. i dont belive in the banning of books i think all ideas weather wrong or right should be explored all thoughts are valuable weather right or wrong. So if you have the slightest thought of banning a book get the guts to at least read the first chapter so you can speak your mind about why  you think its wrong. i mean banning a book without reading it is like segragating just wrong and unjust..

#3) how would you feel if everything you ever learned about sex drugs  gay/leasbian relationships and so on was tought to you by your mother or father? I know for a fact if everything i knew about those things were taught to me by my ma or dad i would not be as informed whatsoever. My father is a very strong man very respected and hard headded but when it comes to touch subjects liek sex and drugs and alachol he is very soft spoken. he dosent know what to tell me he dosent know whats right or wrong. dont get me wrong he is a very great father but he has no speaking skills awhen it comes to those subjects. My mother on the other hand is very open about these subjects she wants me to feel comfortable when talking to her. But she is not that great at knowing the facts, she knows drugs are bad and alachol inpairs driving but dosent know the facts and is sometimes wrong. with a teaher you can learn all it is to know an they can answer all your questions. also a parent may withold important info due to embarrasment or unwillingness to tell and a teenager may be in danger by not knowing these facts. it must be taught . there is no if ands or buts about it.
