I don't think that the U.S.E Patriot Act poses a danger to citizens rights stated in The Bill of Rights. It doesn't say anywhere that they are stopping from people watching or doing what ever they want to do, the overnment is only watching over them. I think thats its good to have because the government can watch over terrorists and maybe stop them from goign through with an attack because they found out the plan by watching them.

Parents deffinitaly have the right to teach their kids about drug use how they want to, but i don't think going around baning books would help anything. Like the thing said most parents don't even read the books before they want them banned and a lot of the time the books are really good. Some books with intense drug use in them accually prove the point of how bad drugs are and turn kids away from them any way. I think that intead of those kinds of books being banned they should have kids read them so they see what really happens.
