Parential Rights or No
Do parents have the right to look at what their children and young adults are reading, looking at, and listening to? I believe they do. Parents have every right, they brought us on this earth, raised us, and prepared us for the real world. Why shouldn't they? I believe a good parent will be active in their childrens' lives. There are so many children in the world whose parents are drunks or drug addics, prostitutes, in gangs, and those kids don't get the love and attention they need and deserve. I think you should be greatful you have a parent who is interested in your life, a parent who cares about you enough to see if what you are doing is appropriate or not.

Is the Government Really Taking Away Our Rights or Protecting Us?
An author stated their opinion that the governments' USA Patroit Act poses a danger to the Bill of Rights. In his/her mind that may be true in what they believe. I feel that it is a safety thing and if the government wasn't interested in what we were looking at or reading then maybe they don't care. This way if they are monitoring things that may be suspicious they might be able to prevent another terrorist attack. I don't think they are taking away our freedoms. I believe they are trying to protect our nation and make it the safe and free environment it was originally intended to be.
