I think that parents should be able to allow their children to read what they wish and feel what is appropriate for them. writers al have different types of views on how to portray adoloescent life, and its up to the parent and their child whether they feel they re mature enough to engage in the book.

in quote 4, i think that th beliefs of one person should not dictate if the book should banned. even though your parents can shelter you from some kinds of music and games, they chouldnt be able to tell you what you can and cant read. you should be able to read what you want.
