in the 1st paragraph they define obscenity as something that is lacking in arisic ability, i think that its lewdness whether in ones behaivor or indecency in ones actions that could offend any people. if it offends people you can still say it because thats another one of our right our freedom of speech all we can do is debate on whether its right or not.

in the 3rd paragraph i think that books should not be banned at all, we do have a freedom of press. Just if you dont want your children reading hese boks keep tabs on your children and make sure you talk to them. make sure you know what thry are learning and what they are readinf in their spare time. i think that parents do have the right to be able to tach whatever they want to, to their children. thats the way they were probably raised and they will just pass that on another generaion. parents are the bes thing yonk kids have and they can be either the best or the worst guidance tools.
